01

How do you evaluate the four months of collaboration?

Peter Wojciechowski – Founder of Fuzers: It has been intense; we’ve accomplished quite a lot in just four months. It has been a valuable four months for me.

02

What have been the most significant achievements during this time?

Peter: Let’s start with two interconnected threads: changing communication and our value proposition. Until now, we communicated through our services; now, we approach it from the perspective of the client’s problems. Similarly, our value proposition and how we describe it to clients evolved.

We also refined our target groups for cold sales campaigns. We jointly planned 2-3 campaigns that we have successfully launched so far. The consultant helped me plan what to do with the contacts we acquired on various occasions (e.g., downloading content via email from our website), which had been waiting for further action. As a result, several campaigns were created and launched. Now I have ready processes and can work independently with them for a while: content, email templates, action paths.

We are proud to report a successful social selling campaign on LinkedIn, with a 14.08% positive response rate and 11.27% of scheduled meetings. This achievement is a testament to our team’s hard work and dedication.
Consultant: It’s worth noting that this result was possible because Peter has an extensive, valuable network on LinkedIn, great substantive content created so far, and high communication skills. After a slight course correction, where we focused on the sales perspective in his content creation, Peter started generating excellent content for client communication. Interestingly, all the scheduled meetings came from outside Peter’s network—his network only supported his expert image.

03

During our collaboration, we devoted much attention to the prospecting process. What significant changes did you make?

Peter: First and foremost, collaborating with Casbeg motivated me to seriously begin cold sales activities—previously, I had conducted them very minimally. We introduced them to expand the sales funnel from the very beginning.

At FUZERS, we knew how to reach potential clients—we used website traffic and webinars.
Consultant: Peter was already conducting many excellent activities, such as engaging clients through various channels like webinars and website traffic. However, he wasn’t completing them from a sales perspective—he was engaging clients but lacked closure in his contacts.

We have taken steps to refine our offering paths for clients after webinars, strategically shortening some of them to convert clients into paid services more quickly. This reassures us that we are on the right track to achieve our sales goals.
Consultant: Peter has excellent communication and sales skills, so he didn’t need our support in that area, so our collaboration focused on filling the sales funnel.

04

What, in your opinion, has brought the most significant positive change to the company during the collaboration?

Peter: It’s still too early to say that our collaboration has led to revenue growth. Considering the purchasing cycle of our clients, we’ll be able to verify this as soon as possible in the first half of next year. For now, I can say that I feel the collaboration has been valuable: I’ve managed to initiate things that had previously been sitting on my “to-do” list, waiting for their turn, to create concepts on how to tackle what I had already started working on. We’ve cleaned up the mess and opened various interesting threads regarding prospecting. There’s a plan for this; we know what to do.

Consultant: Our collaboration prepares Peter for the journey he must now undertake independently. Thanks to our cooperation, he has a roadmap of actions and tools to achieve even greater sales success.
I appreciate the outside perspective and support you have provided in setting the direction for our company. It’s reassuring to know that we are on the right path, and I look forward to seeing the results of our efforts in the coming months.
