We work in a unique business model focused on a long-term cooperation with clients to change how they operate. Our clients are small and medium B2B companies. We operate internationally, but without the need for frequent travel or night work to serve customers in other time zones. If you like productive environment, hands-on approach and proactivity, you’ll fit right in! We’re looking for Marketing Consultants and Specialists to ensure our customers’ success. A person working on this position will be in close contact with clients. We are looking for people similar to us - engaged and interested in marketing and sales. One of the most important daily tasks will be to determine customer needs and marketing consulting via online meetings and email. Responsibilities:
Caring for our clients' business results on a daily basis
Ongoing cooperation with clients
Providing feedback and recommendations to performance marketing initiatives of our clients
Working on all of our (internal) performance marketing initiatives
Analyzing websites
Analyzing marketing channels: Email, Google, Facebook
Requirements: Fluent Polish and English skills
At least 18 months of proven experience in managing and optimizing online campaigns (Google and Facebook Ads) and in implementing sales campaigns
Proficiency in Google Analytics,
You can freely use AdWords and Facebook advertising tools (AdWords Editor, Keyword Planner, Ads Manager, Audience Insights),
Genuine interest in marketing, new forms of advertising and internet in general

Sales Specialist
A person working in this position will own our relationships with clients. One of the most important daily tasks will be to determine customer needs and sales consulting.
What you will do:
- Caring for our clients' business results on a daily basis
- Close cooperation with the sales department
- Ongoing cooperation with clients
- Analyzing client's sales data
- Optimizing client's sales process and CRM
- Conducting audits
We're a fit if this describes you:
- You have at least 18 months of experience in sales
- You are fluent in English (C1 at least)
- You are interested in marketing
