At Casbeg, we focus every day on improving and optimizing sales and marketing processes. We control their implementation and check how our activities affect the everyday business of our clients. We help to grow.
Responsibilities:
- defining sales and business problems of our clients
- comprehensive consultancy and business customer service (videoconferences)
- optimization of customer processes and sales funnels
- analyzing sales data in CRMs and similar systems
- performing mystery shopping tests and auditing sales
- conducting sales workshops with sales teams
- analyzing the competition of Casbeg customers and monitoring current market trends
- ongoing cooperation with the team of Casbeg consultants (strong players!)
Skills and experience necessary to start:
- minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales
- minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry
- very good knowledge of at least one CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, HubSpot)
- good knowledge of lead generation processes – outbound
- the ability to analyze sales data and optimize sales results
- excellent knowledge of the Polish language and knowledge of English at a minimum level of B2
- professional communication with clients
- free and agile management of project implementation
